Alessandro de Medici was discriminated against, because he was from African descent. Aligning his story with the one's of minority people today, I thought this concept would be fit as a statement. Hoping this piece would act as a reminder to society today: racism and discrimination are not issues from the past, there are, unfortunately, still large groups of people dealing with the same issues today.
